The proven NetModule routers provide stable and secure connections for any connectivity task on the road. The devices certified for use in vehicles (UN ECE R10) establish simultaneous connections with multiple radio network modules and SIM cards, even across different network providers, thus reliably providing the necessary secure network connection. If the signal is too weak or if one network fails, it is possible to switch to a different provider immediately, for maximum availability and redundancy.

For extended operations or large events, the routers can also be permanently connected via Ethernet to prevents communication from being interrupted if the LTE network is overloaded. Used as a voice gateway for VoIP telephony (Voice over IP), calls made via the mobile network can be connected to VoIP clients through the routers, and vice versa.

With their integrated WiFi modules, the routers can also serve as access points for computers or tablets.

PoE (Power over Ethernet), devices such as surveillance cameras can also be directly linked without requiring a dedicated power source. The recorded video data can be buffered on the router’s internal SSD and pre-processed using LXC.
