Public Safety

Public safety includes, among other things, the protection of the rights and legal interests of the individual as well as the protection of the state and other entities of public authority, their institutions, and events.
This enables these entities to assume responsibility for the protection of the individual or the general public, and, in addition, to implement further measures to avert hazards. This includes, for example, safeguarding or rescuing individuals, but also CCTV surveillance of public spaces and areas to facilitate the prevention and investigation of crime.
