After 20 years of successful development work and the transition of NetModule from a service company to a well-positioned product company, Jürgen Kern hands over his business to the new CEO Remo Viscardi. This change, which has been contemplated for some time, comes at a perfect time: NetModule has weathered the COVID-19 crisis well and is sucessfullly established as a communications specialist in several attractive growth markets. Remo Viscardi will continue to build on this good position of the company and make targeted use of the market opportunities. Jürgen Kern will actively accompany and support the project in his future function as a member of the Board of Directors.
Remo Viscardi has many years of management experience at various communications companies, especially in the expansion of international business. As COO, he has also been familiar with NetModule since the beginning of 2019, so that the change can take place seamlessly and without any great need for familiarization. NetModule's business focus will be maintained, so that continuity is ensured.
